Each wand is made up of a 12 inch dowel, 24 inch (2ft) satin ribbons and a large silver or gold bell if you choose. I can always create the wands without bells as well if you prefer. I heat treat all of my ribbons so that there is no fraying. All of my wands are tied tightly and then are adhered so that the wands can be waved without anything slipping off or coming loose.
